Please consider making a donation to our Legal Defense Fund.
We are a group of volunteers trying to fight for what is right for the community and have already thousands of our own money in this battle. The developer SPI has deep pockets and far greater funds than we do.
We have retained a highly experienced attorney to assist us with the legal issues and interactions with city personnel. Your donation will go towards their fees.
Please contribute whatever you can. $250, $100, $25, $10.
Now that SPI has put forth a formal proposal, we need to continue to raise funds for our Land Use Attorney so we can win this battle!
All donations are not tax-deductible.
Thank you!
